The Big Draw was a day that allowed us to develop our ideas using building and landscape precedents.

1 & 2:
The restaurant goes with the ground level in the first iteration and into the ground level in the second. The building stops before the canal walkway to allow people to walk past along the canal.
Strength: keeps canal walkway in place to allow the public to walk along the canal as usual

Weakness: (1) not much restaurant space, (2) restaurant might not have much natural light
Opportunities: more levels can be built above the restaurant
​
Threats: people walking past the canal might feel overlooked
