The Big Draw was a day that allowed us to develop our ideas using building and landscape precedents.

3 & 4:
The restaurant goes into the ground level. The building has a balcony that goes over the canal line, allowing the public to view the canal up close, while also acting as canal walkway.
Strength: keeps canal walkway in place to allow the public to walk along the canal as usual

Weakness: intrudes on canal, boats have less space to pass
Threats: people using the canal might feel overlooked
Opportunities: more levels can be built above the restaurant
