The Big Draw was a day that allowed us to develop our ideas using building and landscape precedents.

The restaurant goes with the ground level in the third iteration and into the ground level in the fourth. The building goes over the canal line, allowing the public to be fully immersed in their surroundings, rerouting the canal walkway.
Strength: more space for restaurant

Opportunities: more levels can be built above the restaurant

Threats: people might not like the re-routing of the canal walkway
Weakness: removes canal walkway
