DESIGN CONCLUSION FROM THE BIG DRAW

 

To prevent people from being overlooked on the canal, the building will be on the shop site, slightly further away from the walkway.

​

An allotment will be on the ground floor, away from any level changes in the ground and the restaurant will have views overlooking the canal and the walkway.

Using almost the entire shop site, the building will be split into restaurant, culinary school and classrooms over three floors.

The allotment will contain raised beds to allow easy access from people of all ages.
