The Concrete frame of the building allows the cantilevers to hang over the building whilst retaining it's strong shape. The thickness and strength of the concrete allows for large rooms
Retaining Concrete Wall
The retaining concrete wall allows the building to sit sunken into the ground and stops the ground from collapsing walls
